Merchant agreement

Terms

PrepackFlow Atlas is a B2B pack-ordering application for apparel and footwear merchants who need guided setup, reusable pack logic, grouped cart display, and validation-first checkout controls.

Key points
  • The app is positioned for apparel and footwear pack ordering, not as a generic MOQ gate or technical admin shell.
  • Runtime storefront behavior depends on published snapshots, pack-card theme blocks, cart transform, and validation functions staying active.
  • Merchants remain responsible for catalog quality, pack policy decisions, and downstream wholesale operations.

Service description

PrepackFlow Atlas lets merchants create reusable pack cards, prepare products for wholesale ordering, publish runtime snapshots, and guide storefront pack ordering with grouped cart presentation and validation enforcement.

The service is provided through the embedded app, public documentation pages, theme extension assets, cart transform, and checkout validation components made available through Shopify.

  • Guided operator setup and reusable pack library
  • CSV import and publish workflow
  • Buyer-facing runtime projection, cart grouping, and checkout validation

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for configuring the correct size runs, product readiness, templates, and customer-segment rules for their catalog.

Merchants are also responsible for verifying that their live theme placement, Shopify app permissions, and storefront messaging align with how they intend to sell wholesale packs.

  • Verify pack setup before publish
  • Keep live theme blocks and functions enabled
  • Confirm customer-segment and minimum-order policies

Documentation and agreements

These Terms, the Privacy page, and the Data Protection page are incorporated into the merchant-facing support surface for PrepackFlow Atlas.

If Shopify review, merchant onboarding, or operational support references these documents, the live production versions control.

  • Production pages are the canonical public version
  • Reviewer assets and support links must match the production domain
