Use this form for roadmap ideas, documentation corrections, or notes about guided setup, storefront pack cards, cart behavior, or checkout validation.
Email is optional. Feedback is stored in the PrepackFlow Atlas ops inbox and reviewed alongside buyer experience, documentation, and release planning.
What happens after you submit?
The feedback inbox is designed for operators, not merchants. Each entry stays available with status history so buyer-facing issues, docs work, and roadmap decisions can be tracked.
- Suggestions are reviewed in the standalone ops inbox
- Docs feedback can be triaged separately from general product notes
- Optional email helps when the team needs follow-up context
