PrepackFlow Atlas stores merchant pack configuration in its own application database and publishes only the storefront data required to drive the guided pack-ordering experience.
- The app database is the source of truth for reusable packs, product readiness, publish history, feedback, and operator diagnostics.
- Published Shopify product data is used only to show the latest approved pack setup on the storefront.
- Public documentation and support pages stay reachable without Shopify embedded authentication.
What we store
PrepackFlow Atlas stores the merchant configuration needed to create reusable packs, prepare products, publish approved snapshots, track managed-pricing access state, track public feedback, and support operational review.
When merchants use the embedded app, the app stores the minimum shop-level installation data required to authenticate with Shopify and keep the guided admin plus storefront behavior active.
- Shop domain and installation metadata
- Pack library entries, product setup data, templates, publish snapshots, and Shopify-managed plan state
- Webhook logs, validation logs, published setup issues, public feedback, and operator error catalog entries
What we do not treat as the source of truth
Published Shopify product data supports storefront pack cards, grouped cart summaries, and checkout validation. It does not replace the application database.
PrepackFlow Atlas does not rely on app-owned public storefront objects as the primary store for merchant configuration or buyer messaging.

Support and feedback data
Public feedback submissions can include an optional email address. Those messages are stored in an operator inbox to triage roadmap suggestions, storefront issues, and documentation corrections.
Operational errors are stored as safe, redacted summaries so the team can investigate buyer-facing or merchant-facing problems without exposing raw secrets.
